About the Role:
We have a current opening for a Food Service Manager and are actively reviewing applications.
The Food Service Manager is responsible for new business development in creating and executing food service channel strategies focusing on chain accounts and the management of Food Safety distributors. The incumbent is expected to deliver company volume, by maintaining existing partnerships and developing new accounts with applications that are Group approved. Responsibility includes: customer communication, trade fund management, forecasting and accountability for volume, profit along with your present responsibilities as DTT Sales Mgr, Guagueros. This positions reports to the Domestic Sales Director.
Main Responsibilities:
• Operational Plan: Develop an operational plan by customer and with distributors’ key accounts to drive volume growth with strategic accounts for menu expansion with Nutella, Ferrero Mainstream Chocolate and other Ferrero Brands.
• Relationship Management: Manage “partner” relationship with current Foodservice operators; Interact with Ferrero HQ FS team by providing monthly business updates.
• Forecast: Ownership of forecasting volume needs internally with demand planner to ensure that tentpoles and other promotional uplifts are covered.
• Negotiation: Manage customer meetings with distributors on behalf of Ferrero relevant to the usage of Nutella and other Brands in applications to ensure they are with in Global Ferrero FS guidelines along with any promotional offers/partnership opportunities.
• Sales Promotion & Communication: Oversee preparation of Ferrero promo material, display design, leaflets, artworks development with the Ferrero Marketing Team. Develop selling tools for key customers; provide recipe solution for food service staff; forecast promotional volume; manage category development funds; ensure deductions; rebates and spend levels.
• Category and Business Reviews: Prepare category reviews/business reviews for all key customers a minimum 2x year.
• Interface with stakeholders Communication and follow-up with necessary internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and achieve brand sales goals.
• Maintain Luxembourg required internal share workflows for recipe approval and storage
• Trade Promo budget reporting: Manage different formats of trade promo (Off Invoice, Bill Back, Rebate…), aligned with the Op. Plan (reducing the discount monthly aging) keeping Finance updated,
• Trade visit at least 1 days a week.
• In addition to the above, any other task assigned by the Sales Director.
About You:
• 4 – 7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• A proven track record of developing new businesses and sales successes
• Self-motivated, proactive, results driven professional

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 - $87,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
