About this role
For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced **Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant**.
We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.
**Project setup:**
* **Contract:** Freelance
* **Location:** Remote
* **Workload:** Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
Tasks
* Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding
* Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes
* Configuration and optimization of existing workflows
* Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
* Support for candidate and hiring processes
* Root cause analysis
* Support with Oracle releases and testing
Requirements
* Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
* Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting
* Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding
* Productive configuration and support experience
* Experience with bug fixing and enhancements
* Understanding of integration with Core HR
* Experience with releases and testing
* Very good English skills
