We are looking for a Team Leader for Customer Care (Overseas) to lead a team of skilled Logistics Coordinators handling global order-to-delivery processes. How you will make an impact

This role is part of Customer Care within the Commercial business area, where you will lead a team of  Logistic Coordinators responsible for managing order-to-delivery processes and customer communication for overseas markets.

You will balance operational execution with people leadership, ensuring high service quality while developing your team and driving continuous improvements. You will play a key role in coordinating across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Your main responsibility will include

- Leading, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Coordinators, ensuring engagement and performance
- Managing and prioritizing daily operations, including handling escalations and complex customer cases
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, data quality, and ways of working
- Take an active role in daily operations through responsibility of selected customers

You have hands-on experience within international logistics, particularly sea freight and air freight operations, supply chain, or customer service, and you understand the dynamics of global order-to-delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and know how to balance operational priorities with long-term improvements. Ideally, you bring a few years of relevant experience and are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey.
