Summary :
Harbour is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory operations across all company locations, with Phoenix serving as the home base. This role is critical to ensuring company-wide inventory accuracy, designing and implementing scalable inventory control processes, and leveraging systems like NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS to optimize efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in enterprise inventory oversight, process creation, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel will be required for periodic physical inventory counts across multiple sites.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide inventory control policies and processes
- Ensure inventory accuracy across all Harbour facilities through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage and monitor inventory workflows using NetSuite and NetSuite WMS to maintain system integrity and real-time visibility
- Partner with warehouse teams at all locations to standardize procedures and ensure best practices
- Provide leadership and oversight for remote inventory teams; support hiring, training, and accountability
- Analyze trends and KPIs (shrinkage, turnover, accuracy) to drive operational improvements
- Coordinate and lead annual physical inventories, including travel to company facilities as needed
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of inventory data and processes
- Act as subject matter expert for NetSuite WMS configuration, troubleshooting, and user training
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and prepare reports for audits or financial close
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of progressive inventory management experience, preferably overseeing multi-location operations
- Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS (or equivalent WMS platforms)
- Demonstrated success in building scalable inventory control processes and SOPs
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel, saved searches, and reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable with travel (approx. 10–20% annually) to support on-site inventory activities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serialized, lot-controlled, or multi-warehouse inventory models
- Prior background in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods sectors
- Knowledge of barcode/RF scanning and warehouse automation tools
Employment Information :
Compensation: $75.000-$85,000/year
