Who are we hiring?

The Accounts Payable Analyst will follow AP processes and support the implementation of new systems and vendor relationship strategies. The Accounts Payable Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in accounts payable operations and plays a key role in ensuring process efficiency, accuracy in vendor aging, and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.

What will you do?

- Oversee timely reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.

- Monitor AP aging and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate accruals are recorded.

- Review and enhance AP procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with internal controls.

- Support training and development of AP team members.

- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities.

- Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

- Collaborate with Vendor Management and other departments to ensure vendor information is accurate.

- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems required.

- Strong understanding of vendor management, and statement reconciliations.

- Proven ability to support process improvement initiatives and system implementations.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Pay Range $65,000 — $90,000 USD
