Key Responsibilities:

Perform general automotive maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing on BMW vehicles.

Execute line technician services efficiently and effectively.

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and system diagnostics to ensure the highest quality service.

Stay up-to-date with new automotive technologies and practices to provide the best service to our customers.

Demonstrate a career-focused, brand-passionate, goal-driven, and customer-centric approach in all tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Must have your own tools or be willing to acquire them.

Highline automotive experience is preferred.

ASE Certifications are a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Maintain a professional appearance and possess a strong work ethic.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a current, valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen.
