Assist Chief Engineer -
Complete all open work orders in a timely fashion.
Review Fire & Life Safety procedures monthly with hotel team.
Updates emergency plans for the property quarterly and ensures all training is completed.
Completes guest requests and maintenance related items in guestrooms or public spaces within timeframe specified or prioritized by life safety/asset protection.
Any reasonable request at the instruction of management is completed per standard and adherent to Handbook.
