HSE Analyst

The HSE Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Health, Safety and Environment performance across project activities. The role focuses on maintaining HSE data, monitoring KPIs and trends, preparing management reports, tracking incidents and corrective actions, and supporting compliance with company, client, ADNOC, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze HSE data from project sites, contractors, and relevant departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, dashboards, statistics, and management presentations.
- Monitor HSE KPIs including incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, man-hours, inspections, audits, training, and corrective actions.
- Perform trend analysis and identify recurring HSE issues, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Track incident investigations, recommendations, corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
- Support HSE audits, inspections, management reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Monitor HSE training, competency, certifications, medical requirements, HSE passports, and other mandatory project requirements.
- Coordinate with project HSE teams, engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and other stakeholders for timely submission of HSE information.
- Support preparation of HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, presentations, and awareness materials.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and document control in accordance with project and client requirements.
- Assist management in identifying HSE performance gaps and developing improvement actions.

Min. Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Engineering equivalent from an accredited institute with a minimum of Ten (10+) years (8 years for UAE Nationals) of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five (5) years  in GCC region.
- Relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred. Experience in HSE reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring within Oil & Gas, EPC, PMC, construction, or industrial projects is desirable. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HSE reporting/dashboard systems is required. Knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements and UAE regulations would be an advantage.
- FEED/ EPC Project Experience is required.
- Offshore project Experience is required.
