About Our Operations

Working within our Cultivation and Production Team, you'll play a vital role in bringing high-quality cannabis products to life. Depending on business needs and your skills, you may support various operational areas including cultivation, harvesting, processing, packaging, quality assurance, inventory management, and sanitation.

Cultivation Support

- Assist with daily plant care activities including watering, pruning, transplanting, and monitoring plant health

- Support harvest, drying, trimming, and post-harvest operations

- Maintain cultivation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance

Production & Packaging

- Assist with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment activities

- Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards

- Accurately complete production records and documentation

Facility Operations

- Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory movements, harvests, and treatments.

- Follow all state regulations, company policies, and seed-to-sale tracking requirements.

- Adhere to workplace safety standards and best cultivation practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid government-issued photo identification

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and effective communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to follow detailed instructions, processes, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, production, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related industries

- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

- Passion for plant science and commercial cultivation
