About this role

Job Summary:

Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our Distribution business in (Albuquerque, NM).

Will make an impact in the following ways:

- Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and addressing routine information requests.

- Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter information into reports, presentations, forms, databases, and spreadsheets.

- Assist with data collection, data entry, and report generation for departmental activities.

- Support associate functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

- Respond to and redirect routine inquiries from customers, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare documentation for vendor payments and assist with accounts payable processes.

- Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.

- Support the overall customer experience and daily branch operations.

- Greet and assist customers, answer incoming phone calls, and maintain office and customer-area supplies.

- Provide support to the Service Department, including customer and truck check-in activities.

- Participate in departmental business improvement projects and other administrative activities as needed.

In addition to standard administrative responsibilities, this position will support the overall customer experience and daily branch operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering and directing incoming phone calls, maintaining and stocking office and customer-area supplies, and providing support to the Service Department. This includes assisting with customer and truck check-in, welcoming customers upon arrival, gathering basic service information, and helping ensure customers are connected with the appropriate service team member.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
