We are looking for a Talented Team Leader to join our 2nd shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc . facility in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhancing Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe working environment.
- Promoting Health: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a healthier workplace.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures ensures that the workplace meets all safety and environmental requirements.
- Upholding Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures like SPC and poka-yoke will ensure high-quality outputs.
- Supporting Delivery: Monitoring team performance and coordinating tasks will help meet work specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Facilitating Communication: Effectively communicating with team members and support teams will ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
- Fostering Continuous Improvement: Participating in training and development, and coaching less experienced team members, will drive ongoing improvements.
- Encouraging Teamwork: Actively engaging in ways to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow will enhance overall team performance.
Base Pay: $22.00-$28.00
2nd Shift Premium: $1/hour
