About this role

We are looking for a talented ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE III - GENERAL MANAGEMENT to join our team, specializing in GENERAL MANAGEMENT for CUMMINS COMERCIALIZADORA in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Provide administrative and operational support to executive-level leaders, ensuring effective management of calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and strategic activities.
- Coordinate meetings, videoconferences, and executive events across a multinational and multicultural environment, managing multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor reports, metrics, executive presentations, and communication materials to support business decision-making.
- Collect, validate, and manage information within reports, databases, spreadsheets, and corporate systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to and follow up on internal and external customer requests, providing timely support and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to travel, vendors, payments, and services while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain departmental documentation, records, policies, and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and regional programs, including monitoring progress and reporting results.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on enhancing operational efficiency and administrative effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a resource for team members when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- Experience providing administrative or executive support to managerial or director-level leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate complex calendars, executive meetings, and business travel arrangements.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of information management practices, databases, and corporate systems.
- Ability to analyze information and transform it into clear and meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with global teams and leaders.
- Professional handling of confidential information and a strong customer-service orientation
