Your Role at Baxter

As a Project Manager within Baxter's Connected Care business, you will lead customer implementations from project kickoff through go-live and transition to support. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver nurse call and digital health solutions. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, forecasting project revenue, overseeing project documentation, and ensuring successful customer adoption of Baxter's Connected Care technology portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating activities with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams.
- Manage approximately 10 customer projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from approximately $50K to $10M depending on scope and complexity.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Forecast project revenue, maintain accurate project reporting, and support achievement of assigned annual revenue targets through timely project execution and documentation.
- Identify project risks, delays, and roadblocks related to construction, IT readiness, installation activities, or customer dependencies, and drive resolution plans.
- Support implementations of Baxter Connected Care solutions, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies, while ensuring a successful customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

- 4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Experience managing external customer projects with responsibility for timelines, deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project planning, project scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that may include technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources.
- Proficiency utilizing project management tools and systems to track milestones, budgets, project status, and customer deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% based on customer project milestones, including kickoffs, testing activities, and go-live events.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
