Citi is looking for a Vice President, AI Programme Engagement & Delivery to join the Client Organisation AI Lead team — a group that directly supports revenue growth managing Credit, Marketing, Research, Client Delivery, and Ventures on behalf of Citi's businesses. In this role, you will coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and programme reporting operate to the highest standard. Sitting at the intersection of project management, governance, technology, and artificial intelligence, this position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and meaningful contribution to Citi's AI transformation agenda.

In this role, you’re expected to:
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the AI programme, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensuring milestones are met on time and to a high standard.
- Organise governance practicalities of the AI Lead team, including tracking actions, maintaining decision logs, and ensuring controls documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and control functions, keeping all parties aligned on programme status, priorities, and key decisions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reporting on programme progress, issues, and risks to audiences ranging from working-level teams to senior management.
- Provide analytical support including data analysis, visualisation, and presentation-quality reports that inform decision-making at programme level – driving data informed decision making.
- Monitor adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and support the implementation of business-specific controls across the programme.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that teams can act on directly.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- Five to ten years of experience in programme delivery, business management, PMO, or controls within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce clear, impactful presentations and reports for senior audiences.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualisation, with a strong analytical and evidence-based approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience engaging stakeholders from junior analysts through to senior management.
- Working knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, and documentation standards within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience supporting cross-functional programmes within a large-scale, global organisation.
- Experience supporting AI, data, or technology initiatives within a complex, cross-functional organisation
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts at a foundational level, with an interest in how these technologies are applied within financial services.
- Awareness of enterprise applications and business process frameworks relevant to financial services operations.
- Experience negotiating with or managing relationships with external parties such as vendors or third-party programme partners.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- MBA or CFA or CA preferred
