The Assistant Manager – Medical Education & Simulation will support the planning, development and delivery of high-quality medical education programs across classroom, digital and simulation-based learning environments. The role is responsible for curriculum development, academic operations, faculty coordination, simulation management, accreditation support, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all programs are delivered efficiently and aligned with institutional objectives and applicable standards.
Areas of Responsibility:
Academic Program Management
• Develop, review and manage curricula, courses, assessments and learning resources.
• Coordinate end-to-end planning and delivery of academic programs across classroom, online and simulation-based formats.
• Work with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure content remains current, evidence-based and outcome-focused.
Simulation & Educational Technology
• Manage simulation laboratories, AR/VR platforms and educational technologies to support competency-based learning.
• Ensure simulator readiness, maintenance, calibration and vendor coordination.
• Support faculty during simulation-based training and technology-enabled learning sessions.
Faculty & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate faculty, visiting experts and academic collaborators for program delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, healthcare partners, industry and regulatory bodies.
• Support collaborations, workshops, research and academic partnerships.
Quality, Accreditation & Compliance
• Support accreditation initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain academic documentation, SOPs, learner records and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor program quality, learner outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operations, Data & Administration
• Manage academic schedules, learner records, certifications and reporting.
• Track program metrics, budgets, vendor performance and resource utilization.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in medical education, academic administration, healthcare training or simulation-based education.
