About this role

Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Company: Triumph Group of Companies

How Your Role Contributes to the Business

As Marketing Manager, you'll build one consistent brand across a group of businesses with different histories, customers, and specialties, while keeping what makes each division valuable to its customers. Reporting to the CEO and CRO, you'll lead a small team of one to three people, manage agencies and suppliers, and turn divisional priorities into campaigns, content, events, and customer experiences that support growth. Your work will span building envelopes, manufactured products, heritage metalwork, and energy solutions, across businesses like Heather & Little, PrimeFab, Haus Architectural Supply, and Rawley Resort & Marina. You'll work directly with division heads and closely with sales, service, and manufacturing. Good work in this role means stalled projects get unstuck because you cleared the way, missed agency deadlines get addressed in a direct conversation, and your team gets coached to the standard and credited when the work lands.

What We Offer

- Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Participate in bonus plan

- Health and dental benefits

- Regular local travel to division sites, showrooms, and events

- Real ownership of the marketing calendar, brand standards, team, agency relationships, and approved budgets

- Direct access to the CEO, CRO, and division heads, with a seat at the table for your recommendations

- The chance to shape and grow a marketing function as the group grows in a variety of business portfolios.

- A stable, growing organization with a long history in construction and infrastructure services

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skills

- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including 2 years leading people, agencies, or both, with an understanding of long sales cycles and buyers like contractors, specifiers, property managers, institutions, and government

- Experience leading a rebrand or brand rollout across multiple businesses, divisions, or locations, plus campaigns and events you managed from planning through follow-up

- Practical CRM experience with campaign tracking, lead routing, and conversion reporting (we use Salesforce; HubSpot or similar is also relevant)

- Hands-on experience with website content or rebuilds, enough SEO knowledge to brief and assess an agency, and confidence running paid search, social, and email using GA4 or equivalent analytics

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, a project management platform, and enough Adobe Creative Suite to review and mark up artwork. Construction, building products, manufacturing, or architecture experience, French, and Google Ads, Analytics, PMP, or CAPM certifications are all strong assets

Attributes

- You spot what's blocking a project early, raise it, and bring a practical fix so the work keeps moving.

- You coach your team to the standard and help them build confidence, rather than quietly redoing their work, and you pass the credit to them when it goes well.

- You hold every division to the same brand standard, and you make it easy for teams and partners to use it consistently.

- You write clearly, turn technical information into plain customer value, and stay organized while juggling several brands and priorities at once.

What You’ll Own

- Review brands, websites, and materials across all divisions, then lead a practical rollout of shared standards, templates, and messaging

- Turn business priorities into marketing plans with clear audiences, messages, timelines, and budgets, then deliver campaigns and use results to improve future work

- Own website content priorities and coordinate site improvements or rebuilds, SEO, paid search, social media, and email with internal contributors and agency specialists

- Work with sales to define useful leads, capture them in Salesforce, route them to the right division, and report on resulting opportunities and conversions

- Manage trade shows, plant tours, showroom events, and product launches from planning through follow-up, including booth design, suppliers, staffing, budgets, and lead capture

- Oversee brochures, presentations, product sheets, and case studies, and support RFP, RFQ, and prequalification submissions with company profiles, project examples, and team bios

- Coordinate specifier engagement, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education presentations, and make good use of associations, sponsorships, trade media, PR, and award submissions

- Brief designers, direct photography and video, oversee print production, and maintain an organized asset library teams can easily use

- Set priorities for and coach your team, help identify hiring needs, manage agency and supplier performance, and monitor approved spending

- Give leadership concise weekly project updates and a monthly report on spending, campaign results, lead quality, and pipeline contribution, with clear recommendations for next steps
