Responsabilités
- Diriger des projets damélioration continue, de la génération didées jusquà la mise en uvre et la livraison sur le plancher de production, en assurant la sécurité, la qualité et lefficacité à chaque étape.

- Appliquer les outils et méthodologies de fabrication lean pour réduire les gaspillages, standardiser le travail et accroître la productivité des processus de fabrication.

Compétences Essentielles
- Minimum de 6 ans dexpérience en amélioration continue dans un environnement manufacturier.
- Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou dans une discipline de génie connexe.
- Solide expérience en ingénierie industrielle, incluant lanalyse de processus, la conception daménagements et loptimisation de la productivité.
- Expérience pratique de lapplication de méthodologies damélioration continue et de fabrication lean en milieu de production.
- Expérience des procédés de fabrication, idéalement dans laérospatiale ou dans des industries avancées à haute précision.
- Capacité démontrée à coordonner des projets, gérer les échéanciers et mener des initiatives de la conception à la réalisation.
- Maîtrise de MS Project pour la planification, le suivi et la gestion des activités de projet.
