The Leasing HOA Coordinator ensures future residents comply with all Homeowners Association (HOA) requirements and restrictions for their respective properties, including registration applications, processing fees, background screenings, and lease term restrictions.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor the future resident pipeline in Dynamics CRM, reviewing each file to determine necessary steps required by the respective HOA for approval of upcoming move-ins.
- Submit HOA applications for new leases and paperwork for renewals as required by the HOA.
- Proactively communicate with future residents via phone calls and emails to guide them through the registration and application process, inform them of any applicable fees, and ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
- Identify and resolve any violations, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues in lease agreements that do not meet HOA requirements by coordinating with Leasing Agents to make necessary adjustments.
- Review lease agreements thoroughly to ensure the household composition and lease terms align with all HOA restrictions and guidelines.
- Oversee rental registration applications in municipalities where they are required for new leases.
- Maintain regular communication with HOAs to stay updated on any changes in move-in requirements, fee schedules, and restrictions, ensuring continuous compliance.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in property management or HOA/city operations preferred.
- Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi experience preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation
This position is not bonus-eligible.
