### Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors, and patients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Determine the purpose of each visit and direct individuals to the appropriate department, staff member, or waiting area. Answer and route incoming telephone calls and assist with general inquiries. Maintain accurate visitor and client logs, ensuring all information is properly entered. Coordinate client and visitor flow to Social Services staff and Department of Children and Families (DCF) representatives. Assist clients with scanning, faxing, copying, and other document-related needs. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Follow HIPAA requirements and all organizational policies and procedures. Support team members and departmental operations to maintain efficient service delivery. Perform additional duties as assigned.
### Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, required. Data entry experience preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional and compassionate when working with diverse populations and sensitive situations. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.50 - $17.50 Per Hour
