Execute daily inventory tracking, cycle counts, stock allocation, and material staging using the company’s ERP system (Visual).

Prepare shipping documentation, international commercial invoices, bill of ladings (BOLs), and government transport paperwork.

Utilize UPS, FedEx, and third-party freight portal software to generate labels, schedule pickups, and track high-volume shipments.

Perform physical material handling, unpacking, quality inspection, and palletizing of heavy manufacturing components.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse and dock area.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of high-level shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory experience (industrial, manufacturing, or defense background preferred).

Forklift Expertise: Advanced, proven skill operating sit-down forklifts in tight spaces with heavy or irregular loads (formal certification is a plus, but hands-on skill is required).

Computer Proficiency: Strong tech skills with hands-on experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and general office software. Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP, Infor, Epicor) is a plus.

Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic freight, international logistics, and government/defense shipping standards is preferred.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy materials comfortably and stand/move throughout a standard shift.

Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
