Your mission as Technical Account Manager (f/m/d):

- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Sentinel solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with technical, operational, and management stakeholders.
- Understand customer business goals, technical environments, and priorities to drive value and success.
- Provide guidance on solution adoption, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and best practices.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and customer environments, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Support, Operations, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Support root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze incidents, technical challenges, and customer feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, identifying risks, opportunities, and evolving needs, balancing customer advocacy with business priorities, contractual commitments, and service objectives.

We are Looking Forward To:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles with account ownership (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Service Delivery Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar).
- Customer-focused, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical environments, troubleshoot issues, and translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, customers, and technical escalations in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
- Technical knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is an advantage.
- Familiarity with software licensing, entitlement management, or software monetization solutions is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge in C, C++, C#, .NET, or Java is desirable.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
