## About the role
As a Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) , you are the central technical point of contact for our partners and support them throughout the entire partner lifecycle. You bridge business requirements with technological possibilities and ensure that new solutions are successfully implemented while existing partnerships are continuously developed and optimized. In doing so, you work closely with our Sales, Product, and Tech teams and make a significant contribution to the success of our partner integrations.
Your day-to-day work
- You are responsible for our partner accounts in all technical and product-related strategic matters
- You advise partners on the further development of the collaboration and align business and technology requirements
- As the interface between Sales, Product, and Tech, you support activities during acquisition, integration, and growth phases
- You analyze technical requirements, evaluate them within the context of the existing system architecture, and develop suitable solution approaches
- You identify opportunities for new products and services and support their successful implementation with our partners
- You manage technical implementation projects for both new and existing partners and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- You create presentations, interface specifications, process documentation, and how-to guides, while supporting our partners in making the best possible use of our solutions
You’re a great fit for this role if …
- You bring several years of professional experience in Account Management, Project Management, Consulting, or a comparable environment
- You have an analytical mindset and a solid technical understanding
- You can clearly communicate complex technical concepts and confidently bring together different stakeholders
- You have gained experience with technical interfaces, integrations, or API-based systems, ideally within the loyalty, CRM, or retail environment
- You ideally own experience working with XML, JSON, as well as Atlassian products such as Jira or Confluence
- You present yourself professionally, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of reliability in collaboration
- You have excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
