The Finance Data & Insights Analyst serves as a bridge between Finance, business functions, and Information Technology by transforming financial and operational data into reliable insights, scalable reporting, and improved decision-support tools. The role develops and maintains analytics solutions, strengthens data quality and governance, supports financial systems and processes, and partners with stakeholders to improve forecasting, performance management, and business decisions.

What you will be doing:
- Drive financial insights and decision-making by analyzing key metrics such as profitability, costs, cash flow, working capital, and operational performance, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and analytics tools, including dashboards, scorecards, reports, and models that provide accurate, actionable information to finance leaders and business partners.
- Support planning and forecasting activities by partnering with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews.
- Improve finance processes through technology and automation, translating business requirements into system solutions, implementing reporting enhancements, and leveraging analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by validating financial data accuracy, supporting reporting standards and documentation, maintaining compliance requirements, and providing user training and support.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Informatics, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, data analytics, financial systems, or a related area is required.
- Experience translating business requirements into reports, dashboards, data models, or process improvements is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site business environment is preferred.
