Job Description:
What will you work on?
Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Operations, you will provide a single, consolidated view of improvement initiatives, progress, and results across Customer Operations. You will act as the central point of coordination to track project pipelines, manage action items, and maintain consistent documentation and reporting. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge sharing across functions, ensuring successful operational ideas and best practices are documented and replicated across all channels.
How will you create impact?
- Maintain a centralized continuous improvement project pipeline, tracking project status, milestones, deliverables, and operational risks
- Build and manage initiative trackers, performance dashboards, and executive reporting tools to provide updates for leadership reviews
- Monitor action items and follow up with cross-functional task owners to ensure commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Document operational processes, lessons learned, and successful practices to standardize knowledge across Customer Operations
- Identify project dependencies, process roadblocks, and workstream risks, escalating complex issues to leadership for timely decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional project meetings, progress reviews, and follow-up activities to build strong collaborative relationships across operations teams
What are your skills and experience?
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Professional experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, or operations management, preferably within Customer Operations or Supply Chain
- Proven track record of tracking project initiatives, managing timelines, and driving accountability across teams without direct authority
- Advanced proficiency in data tracking and collaboration tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest operational solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and influence diverse, cross-functional stakeholders

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $50,900 to $67,800 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
