Brief Overview of Position
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for administrating and maintaining Texas Capital’s comprehensive risk management framework. As part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, this position will assist the ERM Risk & Compliance Manager and the Head of Enterprise Risk Management Programs in delivering consistent reporting and presentations for Enterprise Risk activities including the creation of risk committee materials. Assist the Risk and Compliance Manager in the maintenance and execution of a comprehensive process for identifying, monitoring, and reporting on risks that may impact enterprise-level performance. Collaborate with other ERM team members, colleagues in risk, technology and finance on efforts related to data management and risk analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI capabilities for Enterprise Risk Programs.
- Assist with compiling the quarterly Executive Risk Committee and quarterly Board of Directors Risk Committee materials.
- Assist the ERM team in maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and updating existing documentation.
- Participate in the Enterprise Risk review and independent challenge to risk assessments and other materials.
- Assist with the review process for all policies and programs to ensure documents are appropriately reviewed at least annually.
- Develop and maintain ERM reporting dashboards within Archer GRC software application.
- Assist with communicating relevant issues across risk categories and business lines.
- Support other key initiatives within the ERM team or other risk management roles as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reporting, presentations, data analytics, AI capabilities or similar experience required. Understanding of core AI agent concepts such as tool use, memory management, multi-step workflows, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Strong Microsoft application knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook) and aptitude for grasping and using various bank software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality, accuracy, testing, and timely delivery.
- Growth mindset with a strong drive for learning and developing expertise in AI development, financial services, banking, and risk management concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, identify and appropriately escalate risks, and maintain confidentiality and trust.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and GRC platforms (including Archer) is preferred.
