We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Within CSCP, the Spares Supply Chain organization is reinventing and transforming the cloud service parts supply chain. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</span></p><p> </p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive end-to-end readiness for Spares NPI serviceability decisions by partnering with supply chain engineering and manufacturing teams.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and support BOM and FRU processes while leading key interfaces with adjacent functions.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide technical program guidance to cross-functional supply chain teams and stakeholders.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Represent Spares NPI workstreams in key phase reviews and global forums ensuring decision quality and alignment.</span></li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;">Required Qualifications: </span></strong></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;">Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;">OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;">OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul><div> </div><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;"><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></span></div><div> </div><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt;">Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
