Salary Range: $120,000 - $138,000+ | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $80/Month Subject to change
To Senior Clinical Director of Outreach and Residential Housing will provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by RADIAS Health in Residential Support Services (RSS), Housing Support Program (HSP), Homeless Outreach, Community Transition Team (CTT) and Housing Navigation Program (HNP). ). The Sr. Clinical Director will provide strategic clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, accessible services across Outreach programs and RSS. Perform responsible administrative and clinical supervisory work. Work involves the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of program policies and procedures as directed by state, federal and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards. Work is performed with latitude for independent judgment, and action is reeviewed by the Chief Clinical Officer through conferences, reports and observation of results obtained.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clinical direction and programming of RADIAS Health Outreach programs and Residential Housing Services.
- Responsible for conveying and carrying out the agency Mission Statement and Service Philosophy.
- Responsible for overseeing overall treatment programming including groups, activities and treatment planning for each division, and development of treatment-related policies and procedures.
- Mastery of statutory and rule regulations and monitor compliance for all programs.
- Initiate partnerships with the Operations team as needed to provide support in meeting program compliance requirements.
- Lead program growth, innovation, service integration, and geographic or community expansion initiatives based on organizational priorities.
- Monitor quality, access, productivity, utilization, client outcomes, and operational performance; initiate corrective action when results do not meet expectations.
- Manage and monitor program budgets; identify opportunities to improve sustainability, efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Responsible for keeping on-going performance documentation for all direct reports.
- Assign duties to Program Directors of each program within each area of service provision.
- Supervision of assigned Program Directors, including performance evaluations, growth and development plans, and corrective action as necessary.
- Oversee development and ensure completion and compliance of all mandated training. Identify and/or conduct any necessary individual training for direct reports.
- Conduct training in various Evidence Based Practices and other relevant areas for all agency staff through the Training Institute and other avenues. Partner with Learning and Development as necessary to plan, coordinate and facilitate training.
- Identify, support, write and obtain grant-development and funding.
- Partner with marketing and talent acquisition to support clinical program sustainability, growth and community-engagement opportunities.
- Lead and support quality improvement, risk management, incident review and corrective action activities.
- Attend appropriate community provider meetings. Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and training sessions outside RADIAS Health.
- Accountable for DHS, MA, Federal, Department of Health and/or County inspections of program.
- Investigates and reports suspected incidents of abuse and neglect.
- Responsible for review and resolution of client and employee grievances.
- Ensure that program evaluations are completed in a timely fashion.
- Hiring of relevant positions in concert with Human Resources department.
- Available for On-Call emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Provide cross coverage for other Sr. Clinical Directors as necessary.
- Complete all paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner.
- Attend and facilitate regularly scheduled Managers Meeting.
- Maintain a pattern of regular work hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Participate actively in on-going professional growth and development; maintain appropriate professional behavior and participate in appropriate supervision.
- Other duties as assigned by Chief Clinical Officer and the Executive Leadership team.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota.
- A Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of work experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience in administration or supervision.
- 5 or more years progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, housing, human services or a closely related setting.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, financial information, and quality measures to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Knowledge of applicable behavioral health regulations, payer or contractual requirements, privacy expectations, and quality improvement practices.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
