Regency Oaks is looking for a hospitality focused HVAC Technician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel or similar work preferred.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
- EPA universal certification
- HVAC Certified
- Ability to use a ticketing system.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
- Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour - experienced based compensation
