About this role

P​inerium is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to develop new business, manage
client relationships, and drive sales across ICT, Low Current, and
Home Automation solutions.

This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities,
understanding customer requirements, managing the commercial sales
cycle, and presenting solutions that deliver clear business value.
The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with
relevant technology-market knowledge and consistent customer follow-up.

The Sales Account Manager works closely with Presales, Procurement,
Technical, Project Delivery, and Finance teams to develop accurate
proposals, coordinate customer commitments, and support successful
project handover and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across the
assigned ICT, Low Current, and Home Automation portfolio.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, partner
relationships, and customer visits.
- Build relationships with businesses, contractors, consultants,
developers, architects, and end users relevant to the assigned territory.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and
closing, working toward agreed sales and gross-profit targets.

Client Relationship Management

- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, project
scope, stakeholders, budget, purchasing process, and timelines.
- Develop account plans and maintain regular communication with
customers and decision-makers.
- Identify suitable cross-selling, repeat-business, and
account-development opportunities.
- Coordinate customer concerns and maintain clear communication
throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Solution Selling & Consultation

- Coordinate site surveys, demonstrations, technical scoping, and
solution validation with Presales and Technical teams.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and
tender submissions using approved technical inputs.
- Confirm item availability, pricing validity, and lead times with
Procurement before making customer commitments.
- Negotiate within approved pricing, discount, margin, and
contractual limits, escalating exceptions for approval.
- Ensure proposals clearly describe scope, exclusions, delivery
dependencies, and payment terms.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

- Maintain accurate leads, accounts, contacts, deals, activities,
and next actions in Zoho CRM.
- Update opportunity stages, forecasts, and win/loss information,
and provide regular performance reports.
- Use Zoho Inventory to check items and order status, and Zoho
Books to prepare or follow authorized sales documents and
invoice/payment status.
- Submit and track sourcing requests through Zoho Procurement as
assigned, coordinating requirements with the purchasing team.
- Record eligible business-travel and customer-visit expenses in
Zoho Expense with receipts and the required approvals.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Hand over confirmed orders with complete scope, commercial
documents, milestones, and customer commitments.
- Coordinate project updates and collection follow-up with
Delivery and Finance.
- Maintain shared documents and tasks using assigned Zoho
collaboration, document, project, and support applications.
- Stay informed about the approved portfolio, customer priorities,
and competitor offerings.
- Represent Pinerium professionally and contribute to improvements
in sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 1–3 years of relevant B2B solution or project sales
experience, with evidence of personal responsibility for
prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Working knowledge of at least one of ICT, Low Current, or Home
Automation, with the ability to learn the other portfolios.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation,
negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Practical proficiency in Zoho CRM, including pipeline
management, activities, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to use Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books for assigned sales
workflows; familiarity with Zoho Procurement and Zoho Expense is
preferred, with readiness to use both in daily work as assigned.
- Strong organizational, time-management, follow-up, and
spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with a systems integrator, technology distributor,
tenders, or contractor/consultant accounts is preferred.
- Familiarity with assigned Zoho applications such as Mail,
Calendar, Meeting, WorkDrive, Writer, Sheet, Cliq, Connect,
Projects, Desk, Sign, and Analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, follow approval
procedures, and coordinate technical decisions with qualified specialists.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
