Facilities Coordinator- JLL

What this job involves:

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Facilities Management Team in delivering comprehensive services to operate and maintain properties including customer services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and this essential position exemplifies that principle as you work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction. You'll support programs designed to increase customer satisfaction through effective interface with property occupants, acting as a key liaison who ensures seamless facility operations. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist the Facilities Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives

• Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned, providing facility-specific assistance to the project management team

• Coordinate special events in support of clients or JLL, including support for meetings and conference room reservations

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities while providing continuous monitoring of office and facility operations

• Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring appropriate follow-up with customers

• Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption

• Deliver general overall facility management services that support operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Facility or Property Administration

• High school diploma or GED

• Superior customer service skills and customer-oriented approach

• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with capability of customizing administrative reports

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

• Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal abilities

Schedule : M-F 8AM-5PM

Location: San Francisco CA

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected compensation for this position:

59,400.00 – 72,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
