About this role
Position Summary
Our work stops people in their tracks. Cultural moments, fast timelines, real stakes, and clients betting big on the idea. As Sr. Creative Traffic Manager, youll own the work from first script to final archive. You wont just direct traffic. Youll be the last mile and the first line of defense keeping creative, account, production, and finance moving in sync, catching problems before they get expensive, and knowing exactly where every deliverable stands. Youll make sure masters are archived, POs are closed, and nothing slips through the cracks. When traffic works, nobody notices. When it doesnt, everyone does. We want someone who understands that and takes getting it right personally.
Essential Functions
- Working with brand teams to understand and fulfill integrated traffic needs and protocols on your clients.
- Read integrated media buys and translate them into production and traffic deadlines and clear, accurate traffic instructions.
- Confirming buy placements with media agencies, confirming approved creative rotation with brand and comms strategy, then cross-checking the station list, rotation, deliverable doc, and ISCI request against each other.
- Supporting producers and brand team by building the final deliverables document and specs across broadcast, digital, social, and radio.
- Pre-clearance. Reading scripts for BA and traffic issues before they go to the client.
- Third-party documentation. Translation certificates, animal handler and Humane Society paperwork, substantiation for claims. Knowing what's required before anyone asks for it.
- Own the live clearance doc. Scripts, roughs, final slated MP4s; released with brand approval, tracked in one place BA, brand, and the client can all see.
- Commercial codes and Ad-IDs / ISCIs. Issue codes for talent contract prep, and run the request process with brand and producers.
- Spec integrity, aspect ratios, safety zones, ADA testing, captioning, AD description. You are the final quality control check.
- Trafficking final broadcast, digital, social, and audio assets to media partners against the plan and getting QC confirmation back from distribution vendors.
- Archiving HD ProRes masters, generics, mix & splits, and the production elements we'll need when the revision comes. Working with post and producers on the inventory list and physical elements for the final archive at the client's facility.
- Quarterly storage estimates, and collecting production elements for final client storage.
- Vendor invoice reconciliation, done on time, not at the end of the quarter.
