About this role
NetSuite is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the strategy for AI-enhanced administration and customer-controlled AI agent management.
You will shape how administrators set up, configure, optimize, govern, and extend their NetSuite accounts—using AI to reduce complexity while preserving the control, transparency, and trust enterprise customers require. You will also define the tools, policies, and experiences customers need to safely manage AI agents operating in their accounts.
This is a platform product role at the intersection of enterprise administration, AI experiences, extensibility, security, and governance.
What you’ll bring
· Significant product management experience with enterprise SaaS, platform, administration, developer tools, AI, security, or governance products.
· Strong customer focus: skilled at engaging customers, uncovering underlying problems, and translating insights into clear, scalable product solutions.
· Data-driven product judgment, using qualitative research, product telemetry, support signals, and business outcomes to prioritize and measure impact.
· Understanding of enterprise administration, such as configuration, identity and access management, permissions, observability, auditability, or extensibility.
· Experience designing AI-assisted or agentic experiences with appropriate human oversight, transparency, and safeguards.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $72,800 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
