The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to elevate our Esthetics department. This is a Tier 3 role for a skincare expert who is ready to train, mentor, and lead — while continuing to deliver an elite guest experience of their own.
What You'll Do
• Perform advanced, results-driven facial treatments across our full service menu
• Train, certify, and mentor new estheticians
• Coach the team on protocols, scripts, and retail performance
• Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls
• Oversee back bar inventory, protocol binders, and department scheduling fairness
• Serve as the go-to resource for the esthetics team and Spa Director

What We're Looking For
• Current esthetician license
• 4+ years of esthetics experience
• Demonstrated leadership, training, or mentoring experience
• Strong track record hitting retail and retention goals
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like
• Hitting Tier 3 KPIs: 70% productivity, $210 average ticket, 30% retail-to-service
• Successfully training and retaining new esthetician hires
• Running a well-organized, fully stocked, protocol-compliant department
