As the CRM Specialist, you will manage Caesars' CRM campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate CRM channels, including email marketing, in-app messages and push messages. You will develop and carry out CRM strategy and define campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.

- Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant work experience

- 2 years + experience in Salesforce, and / or Optimove is an asset

- Proficiency in Excel

- Analytical and data-driven mind

- Available to work weekends

- Excellent communication, proofreading and organizational skills required

- Proficiency in coding language (HTML) is a plus, but not essential

- Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus, but not essential

- Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others

- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines

- Efficient and confident communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills

- Have energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

- Must be able to type for extended periods of time

- Must be able to talk on the phone for extended periods of time

- Must be able to write for extended periods of time

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
