Barista / Bartender: Sofive Cherry Hill

Position Summary:
Sofive Cherry Hill is looking for a reliable and guest-focused Barista / Bartender to support our café and bar operations. This position will prepare and serve coffee, non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for players, parents, teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages
- Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
- Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
- Reliable and able to work independently when needed
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules

Position Details

- Schedule: Part-Time
- $15.92 / hour
- Availability: Evenings and weekends required
- Additional hours may be available during tournaments, events, and high-volume periods
