Die Casting Maintenance Technician
Objetivo
Técnico de mantenimiento responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en equipos de producción de die casting, garantizando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de la maquinaria. Debe contar con conocimientos técnicos en sistemas mecánicos, hidráulicos, neumáticos y eléctricos, así como en el uso adecuado de herramientas e instrumentos de medición. Escolaridad técnica, TSU o carrera afín.

Responsabilidades Principales
- ### Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en maquinaria y equipos de producción.
- ### Diagnosticar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, hidráulicas y neumáticas para minimizar tiempos de paro.
- ### Realizar inspecciones periódicas de equipos para identificar condiciones inseguras o potenciales fallas.
- ### Registrar de manera precisa las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas en los sistemas y formatos establecidos.
- ### Brindar soporte técnico al personal de producción durante fallas o incidencias relacionadas con los equipos.
- ### Participar en análisis de causa raíz e implementación de acciones correctivas para mejorar la confiabilidad de los equipos.
- ### Mantener herramientas, equipos y área de trabajo en condiciones seguras, limpias y ordenadas.
- ### Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente aplicables a la operación.
- ### Colaborar en la instalación, ajustes y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos o modificaciones de maquinaria.
- ### Contribuir al cumplimiento de los indicadores de mantenimiento, disponibilidad y eficiencia operativa.
- ### Mantener limpia su area de trabajo.
Requisitos
- ### Escolaridad técnica, TSU o carrera afín en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o similar.
- ### Conocimiento en interpretación de diagramas mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
- ### Manejo de herramientas manuales, eléctricas e instrumentos de medición.
- ### Experiencia en mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial, preferentemente en procesos de fundición a presión (Die Casting).
- ### Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos según necesidades de operación.
