PLANT MANAGER ASSISTANT
Position Purpose
The Plant Manager Assistant provides direct administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Plant Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating plant-level initiatives, preparing executive reports and presentations, monitoring key performance indicators, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring timely follow-up of strategic actions.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
· Manage and coordinate the Plant Manager calendar, meetings, and priorities.
· Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business reviews.
· Coordinate leadership events, audits, and visits.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
KPI Management & Reporting
· Consolidate and analyze plant performance metrics.
· Maintain dashboards and scorecards.
· Support OKR tracking and performance reviews.
· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate project review meetings.
· Follow up on action items and project milestones.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Operations Support
· Coordinate activities among Staff members.
· Support audits and special projects.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Business Management
Operations Management
International Business
Finance or Economics
or a related business discipline.
Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or business environment.
· Experience supporting leadership teams and business operations.
· Experience in KPI reporting, project coordination, and business analytics.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Technical Skills
Required
· Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis)
· Microsoft PowerPoint
· Microsoft Word
· Microsoft Outlook and Teams
· Strong reporting, presentation, and business analytics skills
Preferred
· Power BI
· Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
· Power Automate (Automate Repetitive Tasks and business processes)
