Executive Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership. This individual will play a critical role in managing administrative functions, coordinating executive activities, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and leadership teams.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
- Review and process invoices, reports, correspondence, financial statements, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, files, and documentation.
- Analyze incoming communications and determine appropriate prioritization and distribution.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate committee, board, and leadership meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support special projects and additional administrative initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Experience supporting executives and leadership teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lafayette, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
