Pay: $17 - $20/hr

Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to work at our client's site in Alvin, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you interact directly with customers and local operations staff to resolve service inquiries, process orders, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced call center/office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and digital inquiries regarding pickup, service disruptions, billing, or equipment issues.

Receive and input service orders (e.g., bin delivery, account activations, service cancellations, schedule changes) into CRM software.

Collaborate across departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Inform existing and potential customers about additional offerings, product upsizing, or supplementary solutions.

Maintain accurate customer records, track account notes, and gather data for routine internal reporting.

Work Environment

Clean, well-lit indoor office setting with individual cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset, and workstation.

Fast-paced, high call volume environment requiring long periods of sitting, typing, and managing screen time.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within a high call volume or call-center setting.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email), fast typing, and 10-key numeric entry skills. Experience navigating CRM or ticketing software preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Language: English proficiency required; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred
