West Hartford 10 AM - 6 PM
$20- $24 DOE
A high-end health and wellness store in West Hartford is currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join the team.
We operate a small and tight-knit team.
The role will focus on providing exceptional service to clients through relationship building, wellness education, and product knowledge to assist clients in selecting the best wellness solutions to meet their needs
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Provide a friendly and welcoming in-store experience Engage with customers to understand their unique needs Provide education on and compelling demonstrations of our products and wellness solutions Contribute to team success through achievement of individual goals Maintain customer relationships through client telling
WHAT YOU BRING · 2+ years of Retail Sales Experience
· Have a passion for selling and great customer service
· Excellent and concise communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
· Confident when making and receiving phone calls (inbound and outbound)
· Understanding of the basic Microsoft Applications
· Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, often simultaneously
· Goal oriented and able to meet targets and deadlines
· Possess a drive for continuous self-development
· Comfortable receiving and providing education surrounding products
· Passionate about health and wellness
