This internship offers exposure to employee relations, HR operations, compliance, training, continuous improvement, and organizational initiatives, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

This is a full-time onsite internship based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will support a variety of Human Resources activities, including but not limited to:

- Support HR team initiatives focused on employee experience, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate in the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of operational workforce programs and performance management activities.
- Support the coordination and delivery of employee training sessions related to company policies, workplace expectations, and organizational initiatives.
- Assist with process mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR administrative processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work instructions, and reporting tools.
- Support employee communication initiatives and HR events as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects that enhance HR operational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Human Resources team.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering Business Administration Or related field
- Expected graduation date of June 2028 or later .
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Availability to work 100% onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Characteristics

- Interest in Human Resources, employee relations, labor compliance, HR operations, or continuous improvement.
- Experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
