About the Role

As a Project Manager on our U.S. Homecare team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering successful, high-quality software implementations for our clients. Reporting to the Manager, PMO, you’ll lead a portfolio of large and enterprise-level projects from initiation through completion.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients and an internal leader across cross-functional teams, coordinating consultants and specialists to deliver predictable outcomes. You’ll manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, communications, and change, while setting clear expectations around the AlayaCare delivery model and stakeholder responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned implementation projects.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Create project plans, estimates, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Work with resource managers to allocate project resources effectively.

- Monitor project progress, deliverables, utilization, backlog hours, risks, and issues, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

- Manage project scope by evaluating change requests, negotiating their impacts, securing agreements, and obtaining sign-off.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Escalate critical issues promptly and strategically.

- Apply AlayaCare’s project management methodologies, templates, and tools consistently across assigned projects.

- Foster clear communication and collaboration among client leaders, consultants, specialists, and other stakeholders.

- Use your understanding of the homecare market and AlayaCare’s products to resolve challenges and keep implementations moving forward.

What You Bring to the Team

- 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally managing large-scale or enterprise software implementations in a professional services environment.

- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong skills in project planning, estimation, scheduling, scope management, risk management, budget management, and change management.

- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in plain English, both verbally and in writing.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to work with client leadership.

- The ability to identify, explain, and resolve complex project challenges.

- A client-focused mindset and a genuine interest in understanding client needs and developing practical solutions.

- Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage workloads across teams and move initiatives forward.

- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

- The ability to learn quickly, adapt to process changes, and contribute proactively to team initiatives.

- A project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or a comparable certification, is considered an asset but is not required.

- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
