Customer Success Specialist

Position: Customer Success Specialist Location: Chennai Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

SANeForce is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding Team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams and helping customers successfully adopt our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product guidance and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and user training as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Track onboarding activities, customer requirements, and implementation milestones.
- Identify customer challenges and proactively provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and onboarding documentation.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, Client Servicing or a similar role.
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS/IT products will be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct customer calls, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Comfortable working from the Chennai office .
