Key Responsibilities
Service Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, and specialty cocktails
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
Bartending Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
- Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, beer selections, and craft cocktails
- Engage guests at the bar with professionalism and personality
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous serving and bartending experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine pairings, and classic cocktails is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Must meet state requirements for alcohol service
