We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to oversee Compliance Services for our Advanced MIssion Systems (formerly ES) sector . This position reports to the Functional Services Director.

As a key member of the Functional Services team, this leader is responsible for General Functional Cost Management (FCM), monitoring in excess of $5b of annual spend and leading 50 employees. The role is responsible for providing all financial support to each of the functional FCM leads (Engineering, Operations/Quality and Core Functions). In addition to the FCM responsibilities, the role is responsible for Sector-wide Government Compliance, Labor Compliance, Asset Management and Government Property. The Director provides leadership to their extensive team and work collaboratively with their functional and business area counterparts to ensure partnership on key objectives, continuous improvement and optimization of process and customer service. The director focuses on execution and operational excellence as well as efficient growth of the overall portfolio, positioning AMS for success in critical systems initiatives, customer satisfaction, talent development, and team building. Strong leadership, communication skills, business operations & systems expertise, are essential.

This role is preferred to be performed in a hybrid remote work format , with the individual splitting their time between our office at 10 Tara Blvd, Nashua, NH, and remotely from an alternate work location. For the right individual, a full-time remote format may be considered .
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on operations or business partnering.
- Proven track record of driving transformational change and improving financial performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Operations leaders and subject matter experts
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- MBA or Master's in related field preferred
- Business analytics and systems expertise
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in multiple segments

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $157911 - $268449

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
