Customer Service and Office Support

- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Take and relay messages and provide appropriate information to callers.
- Handle member calls in a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
- Research and resolve member questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with transportation, routing, and shipping departments to resolve retailer issues.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the division.
- Perform research and follow-up as necessary to provide accurate answers and solutions to member inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, cooperation, integrity, tact, and consideration when working with members, vendors, associates, and division management.

Advertising and Promotional Support

- Support the development, coordination, and proofing of weekly advertising for the Nebraska Division.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of advertising planners for multiple advertising cycles and division ad versions.
- Enter, review, and proof advertising items, prices, dates, promotional information, and other ad details for accuracy.
- Compare advertising layouts against advertising planners and promotional information to identify discrepancies or required corrections.
- Assist with the review and approval process for advertising layouts and ensure final materials are distributed to the appropriate AWG groups and advertising partners.
- Assist with loading and maintaining advertising information in applicable systems, including iPro and other AWG advertising platforms.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional flyers, including 3-Day Sale, Buy Event, and other special promotional materials.
- Coordinate with E-Commerce and advertising partners to ensure digital and print advertising information is accurate and communicated on schedule.
- Assist with maintaining advertising-related spreadsheets.
- Create and Maintain weekly new-item presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with preparing the weekly Playbook and other promotional or merchandising communications as assigned.
- Follow established advertising timelines and deadlines, including tasks occurring three, four, and five weeks prior to an advertised event.
- Communicate potential advertising errors, missing information, product availability concerns, or other issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
- Work with advertising agencies and internal AWG departments to ensure advertising projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Administrative and Team Responsibilities

- Maintain organized electronic and paper files for advertising, customer service, and administrative records.
- Use spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, advertising systems, and other technology required to perform job responsibilities.
- Learn and effectively use new software, systems, and technology as business needs change.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to member service and advertising activities.
- Perform other clerical, administrative, advertising, and customer service duties as assigned.
- Work as a member of the AWG team so that the total job responsibilities are met.
- Actions must always stress a sense of cooperation, integrity, tact, and consideration with our members, associates, vendors, advertising partners, and division management.

This position requires strong communication, organizational, customer service, attention-to-detail, and computer skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet established deadlines
