About this role
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or Logistics Coordination experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial industries will be an advantage.
- Experience handling SST and Malaysia e-Invoicing processes is preferred.
- Experience managing courier services, shipping documents, and logistics coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes.
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
