Position Overview
The Graduate Procurement Specialist supports end‑to‑end procurement delivery for IT‑focused service and solution projects. You will build practical procurement capability under senior colleagues’ mentorship, participate in supplier engagement, contract support, market research and commercial‑related activities. You are expected to have strong curiosity about AI / AI‑agent technologies applied in procurement, and keep learning latest AI industry trends. You will work cross‑functionally with Legal, business and technology teams, supporting risk‑controlled commercial outcomes for IT service and solution projects.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Delivery for IT Service & Solution Projects
1. Support end‑to‑end procurement activities for IT service and solution projects, including assisting RFI / RFP / RFQ preparation, supplier data collection, supplier evaluation documentation and negotiation preparation work.
2. Follow enterprise standard procurement workflows; support English‑language contract review work, assist to flag potential commercial and contract risks, coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders to collate questions and track resolution progress of contractual topics.
3. Assist to collect market data and supplier information, participate in supplier capability assessment, and support daily strategic supplier relationship maintenance.
4. Support cost‑analysis work, participate in value‑creation and cost‑optimization initiatives, and assist in full contract‑lifecycle management tasks (contract filing, status tracking, renewal reminders etc).
AI‑Related Competencies
- Strong curiosity and hands‑on trial experience with Generative AI / AI‑agent tools; experience testing AI tools for document processing, information sorting or similar scenarios is preferred.
- Keen interest in latest LLM & AI‑agent developments; willing to explore how new AI technologies can solve procurement business problems.
- Basic conceptual understanding of GenAI / LLM is a plus; no deep technical development background required.
Cross‑Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business project teams, Legal and technology teams throughout procurement project cycles.
Support communication with global vendors; prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and conduct daily business communication in business‑level English (written & spoken).
