ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our Studio Operations team as a Junior Producer. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of productions, focusing on learning and developing toward independently managing smaller shoots. This role takes the lead on straightforward digital and social shoots under the guidance of the Lead Producer and provides production support on larger campaigns, including on-set logistics, catering coordination, and acting as a runner when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Basic understanding of production processes for digital, social, and video content.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with production management tools.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Previous experience in a production or creative environment (internship or entry-level) is desirable but not essential.
