- Monetary Authority of Singapore - Major Payment Institution licence and Financial Advisors licence
- Ministry of Law, Singapore - Regulated Precious Metals Dealers licence

What will a Product Operations Intern do?

- Your focus will center on expanding our Card Programmes, Wallets & Payments, alongside Provider Infrastructure worldwide.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Research, assess, and initiate outreach to card networks, issuing institutions, processors, and local payment entities internationally.
- Relationship & Operational Management: Serve as the primary contact point for processing vendors and card partners, monitoring SLAs, tracking uptime, and untangling operational challenges.
- Feature Launch & Enablement: Oversee complete operational steps and certification criteria to support tokenization, Google Pay, and Apple Pay across our card offerings.
- Documentation & Mapping Processes: Author standard operating procedures, vendor escalation protocols, and integration tracking tools for Compliance, Product, and Engineering units.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Compliance teams to guarantee timely feature launches and external vendor alignment.

You will be a great fit if you:

- Currently pursuing the final year of or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Management.
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities, with assurance to manage external partner outreach and cultivate relationships with international vendors.
- Showcase meticulous attention to detail, systematic execution of tasks, and consistent follow-through discipline.
- Advanced command of spreadsheet software (Google Sheets / Excel) to structure data, evaluate potential providers, and track initiatives.
- Eager curiosity to understand the inner workings of card issuing infrastructure, payment gateways, switches, and mobile wallet networks.
- Embrace a cooperative mindset with strong accountability and an enthusiastic, team-oriented approach.

Bonus points if you have:

- Campus Leadership & Initiatives: Proven track record handling third-party vendors, partner relations, operational execution, or securing sponsorships for university events and student organizations.
- Relevant Coursework & Research: Academic work or capstones examining global payment rails, card issuance, financial technology systems, open banking architectures, or API integrations.
- Business Competitions: Hands-on involvement in case challenges focusing on operational design, partner assessment, or expansion frameworks.
- Technical & Automation Aptitude: Exposure to process documentation platforms or leveraging modern AI tools to streamline workflows and build internal utility scripts.

Stipend

INR 25,000 / Monthly
